Dandelion Ministries at New Wineskins 2025
Because we are created in the image of God, the Creator, we too are creative beings. Creativity is part of our design, a reflection of His nature within us. We don't just connect with God intellectually—we long to engage with Him through all our senses. That’s why New Wineskins is integrating the arts into the Hope for the Nations conference, and Dandelion Ministries is excited to be part of this!
Art as Mission: Becoming Missionaries of Beauty
People are looking for purpose and for the meaning of life and they are hungry for a spirituality that embraces all aspects of their person—including the imagination. This is a visual generation that is overstimulated by ever-present technology, endless news cycles, and the demands of social media. But for decades Christians have tried to reach the culture without some of the church’s greatest resources: beauty and the arts. Art has the power to touch people’s hearts and minds. One of the ways that we can bring hope to our world that is searching for answers is through the arts.
Worship with us at the 2025 New Wineskins Conference!
Each time believers from around the world gather at the New Wineskins Global Missions Conference, something deeply spiritual takes place, something far greater than a conference schedule or a series of talks. Worshipping together as a global body becomes a living glimpse of Revelation 7:9, where the Apostle John describes “a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb.”
Journey through Epiphany: Focus on God’s Heart for all People
At New Wineskins, we desire to mobilize and equip Anglicans for global mission. We invite you to join us for this Epiphany season as we rejoice in Jesus and His desire to draw all people to Himself, to be the Savior of the whole world.
Introducing Deacon Shelly Sorem as New Wineskins’ Assistant Director
My faith journey began at an Episcopal church that was meeting in a school. My husband and I began attending this church with our two young daughters because they were known for their kid’s program. The priest said the salvation prayer during one of the services and said if you’ve never given your life to Jesus, you can pray along with me and begin today. I repeated the words he said silently in my head and began following Jesus.…

What is ARDF?
The Anglican Relief and Development Fund has been around since 2004, but with this long name it can sometimes be confusing to know who they are and what they do. Thankfully, their mission can be explained by their acronym: ARDF.
A Reflection on Gafcon IV
At Gafcon IV, I was the youth delegate from the ACNA’s Diocese of the South, representing 53 churches. To serve this end, I made it my top priority to learn all that I could from fellow, global Christians in order to bring this learning back with me. I can say that what took place at Gafcon far exceeded my expectations.
4 Small Steps Into God’s Global Mission
“You may not change the world, but you can change the world for one person.” So goes the old adage. We as God’s people are tasked with a global work which can seem utterly overwhelming at times. Perhaps you’re thinking: “I can’t even keep my personal/work life and family straight! How can I even make a difference to some nation or culture on the other end of the world?”
Why do we host New Wineskins Conferences?
Why do we host these New Wineskins Global Mission Conferences? Fruit from the last conference gives us some insight…
Are Mission Agencies Really Necessary for Missionaries?
I first went to the mission field in the summer of 2013, to the same Middle Eastern country to which I hope to return in just a few months.
Generosity During Global Economic Crisis
Our giving should never be tied to our circumstances, our emotions or even our bank account balances. We give because we are commanded to give by our Lord, we want to be like Jesus, and we are blessed to be a blessing to others

For those of you who don’t know, Agape Year is a new gap year program for recently graduated high schoolers. The program is located in Pittsburgh, and is an Anglican Global Mission Partners’ Initiative.

I had the chance to catch up with my friend and seminary colleague Rebecca Osborn. She and her husband, Jared, are priests serving the Lord in Iqaluit, Canada.
The New Face of Global Anglican Mission
Arlinda Sá Souza had a dream over thirty years ago as a new Christian in Brazil that God is still using in her life today.
Networking: The Future of Missions
In the launching of our redesigned website, we took care to make sure that the story of our history was preserved and presented with accuracy and honor. As we thought about our 43 years of helping Anglicans live as mission-minded Christians, we began to see three distinct eras of our ministry’s life.…
