Join us on Monday, July 13, at 8:00 PM EST for ACCN’s next gathering as we welcome Phionah Atukunda, MPH, CHES, as she presents Ebola and the Integrity of Creation: Exploring the Interactions Between Human, Animal, and Environment Health.
This presentation will examine the interconnected relationship between human, animal, and environmental health through the lens of Ebola and the Integrity of Creation. Drawing on both public health expertise and a holistic understanding of creation care, Phionah will explore how emerging infectious diseases such as Ebola highlight the importance of stewardship, community health, and the interconnectedness of all creation. Participants will gain valuable insights into the "One Health" approach and consider how faith communities can contribute to healthier people, healthier animals, and a healthier environment.
