A Fellowship of Fasting & Feasting

How do we make room in our lives to more fully participate in Lent 2024? What do we subtract or fast from to create margin in order to grow closer to the Lord? What disciplines do we add or take on in this Holy season?

We invite you to join us on a journey this Lent in fasting and feasting in community with Anglicans across the globe.

A Bold Beginning

Join us on Monday, February 12th, two days before Lent, with a virtual gathering featuring teaching from Ashley Wallace, author of The Liturgical Home: Lent. Wallace, a homeschooling mom of four married to an Anglican priest, fell in love with the seasons of the church when she was a young mom searching for ways to interweave more of the things of God into her daily life. To find out more, check out her website at: www.ashleytumlinwallace.com.

Fasting

Sometimes true freedom can be found in what we willingly release. Each day during Lent, we will consider fasting from one thing or practice. What would it look like if you fasted from self-criticism for a day? How might giving that up shape how you see yourself as God’s unique creation? Check out our daily fasting challenges to learn more.

Feasting

We don’t often focus on feasting during a season when most people are accustomed to abstaining. What if we focused on what God has to say about us? What if we meditated on that truth every time we were tempted to be negative?

Stations of the Cross

Join us on Holy Monday, March 25th at 7:00 pm CT for a virtual walk around the stations of the cross with Bishop David Bryan. Register for this event here.
