  • Bob and Joyce Carlson (Wycliffe Bible Translators), teaching translation at Nairobi Evangelical Grad School of Theology (NEGST); praise her heart is functioning well, PhD students to complete their dissertations on time, progress for translation team in Burkino Faso, their ministry at church.

Dominican Republic

  • Sr. Jean Gabriel (Sisters of the Transfiguration); scholarship, medical, nutrition programs, funds.
  • Drs. Michael and Anita Dohn (SAMS); guidance on the future.
  • The Rev. Bob and Ellen Snow; guidance on their future, wisdom beginning a ministry to street people.
  • Bp. Bill Skilton , non-residential Assistant Bishop; safe travel.

Haiti

  • Pray that those who lost loved ones or who were injured in the earthquake experience God’s presence. Pray for effective, timely reconstruction efforts.
    Sisters of St. Margaret (Foyer Notre Dame); they were unharmed but lost everything, pray for strength, safety, provision, that they can bring hope to those with none.

Belize

  • The Rev. Dr. Juan and Maria Isabel Marentes (SAMS); new ministries to children, the homeless, new churches, plans for April in the US, thanks for 25 years of marriage.
  • Gail White (SAMS); prep for new ministry as Chaplain of Anglican Schools (4 preschool, 18 primary, 1 high school).

Costa Rica

  • The Rev. Eduardo and Hilda Monzon (SAMS); transition to new ministry at Ascension (which they planted 15 years ago) helping develop lay and ordained leadership for the diocese, his mother is in the final stages of cancer.

  • The Rev. Ian and Polly Montgomery (SAMS); developing Peruvian leaders, Parish Evangelist project, new Sunday School curriculum, house in Wisconsin to sell, thanks for increased language/relationships.
  • The Rev. Shaw and Julie Mudge (SAMS), teaching evangelism and preaching at the seminary; plans for short-term from Albany, funds, relationships.
  • The Very Rev. John and Susan Park (SAMS), Cathedral Dean, Lima; her work with short terms, mentoring women seminarians, teaching English.
  • The Rev. Ron and Vicki Robertson (SAMS), rector Arequippa extension seminary; new dormitory for orphan teens, he is battling pancreatic cancer, his mother is very ill.
